1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, completing an intake questionnaire, scheduling a consultation, or utilizing any services provided by Seven Principles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.
2. Nature of Services & Independent Medical Judgment
Seven Principles provides administrative coordination and connections to qualified, licensed medical specialists who perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), and Nexus Letters.
Independent Professional Judgment: Medical opinions, DBQs, and Nexus Letters are authored solely by independent licensed physicians and medical providers exercising their unconstrained, ethical, and independent medical judgment. Seven Principles does not alter, dictate, or influence medical opinions, findings, or conclusions.
3. No Guarantee of Rating or Outcome (Meta Policy Compliance)
In compliance with Meta Advertising Policies regarding deceptive personal claims, realistic outcomes, and consumer protection laws:
- No Claim Guarantees: Seven Principles does not, and cannot, guarantee that the VA will approve any claim, increase any disability rating, or grant any specific monthly compensation.
- VA Authority: The Department of Veterans Affairs is the sole and final adjudicating authority for all service connection ratings, disability percentages, and benefit entitlement.
- No Medical Miracles or Misleading Financial Promises: Case studies, testimonials, or past outcomes featured on our website represent individual experiences and are not representative of all outcomes. Every veteran’s medical history and service records are unique.
4. Transparent Flat Fee Pricing & No Backpay Percentages
Seven Principles operates under a transparent, flat-fee pricing model for medical record reviews and documentation services. We never charge a percentage of your VA disability compensation, monthly benefits, or retroactive backpay. All fees are disclosed upfront prior to engagement, and no fee is charged for completing the intake or the initial strategy consultation.
5. No Government Affiliation
Seven Principles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense, or any military branch. Our services are private medical and consulting services designed to assist veterans in documenting objective medical evidence.
